Waste Treat Technician

Turn Your Paint-Line Experience into a Specialized Technical Role

Do you have paint-line experience and a strong understanding of chemicals and want to take those skills beyond a traditional production position?

Were looking for a 2nd Shift Waste Treatment Technician to join our Fond du Lac team. This hands-on technical position combines laboratory testing, chemical process control, environmental requirements, and manufacturing support.

Youll monitor and adjust processes, prepare chemical solutions, perform testing, maintain accurate records, and help ensure our operations meet established safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.

If youre experienced with paint finishing, powder coating, wet spray, or related manufacturing processes and are ready to build additional technical skills, we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do

As a Waste Treatment Technician, youll:

• Set up, adjust, and operate laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Obtain samples for laboratory testing and bacteria checks.
• Monitor and adjust control devices to achieve proper chemical reactions.
• Prepare chemical solutions used in the process.
• Clean laboratory equipment and calibrate instruments.
• Complete required regulatory testing reports.
• Properly label hazardous waste drums.
• Perform annual testing for customers.
• Follow established safety and environmental procedures.
