Overview
We’re looking for a Waste Handling Account Manager to lead client relationships and ensure operational excellence in facilities management. This is a strategic role focused on delivering exceptional service, driving account growth, and maintaining compliance across a large industrial site.
Compensation: $100,006.40 annual salary (US Dollars)

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong partnerships.
- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring quality and compliance with SLAs.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability for assigned accounts.
- Identify opportunities for service enhancements and account expansion. Lead and mentor on-site teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standard
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, or related field; Waste Handling Management Experience Strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in facilities or account management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and vendor management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in FM tools (CAFM, CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
