WSB Solutions is hiring dependable Washout Laborers for our busy 24/7 facility. If you’re looking for steady work, weekly pay, paid training, and an opportunity to increase your pay, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Starting Pay: $15/hour
Pay Opportunity: Up to $19/hour after requirements are met
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Type: Full-Time

Open availability is preferred, but we will consider your preferred shift when possible.

What You’ll Do

• Pull, move, and handle industrial hoses
• Perform general labor duties around the facility
• Work as part of a small team
• Follow safety instructions and job-site procedures
• Complete paid OSHA training
• Attend orientation before starting at the job site
• Work outdoors and in a muddy, non-climate-controlled environment

What We’re Looking For

You do not need years of experience to apply. We’re looking for people who are dependable, willing to work, able to follow directions, and comfortable doing physical labor. Previous labor, construction, warehouse, industrial, or outdoor work experience is helpful but not required.

This is a physical job in a muddy, non-climate-controlled environment. You should be comfortable working outside, handling hoses, standing for extended periods, and working 12-hour shifts.
