    We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Warranty Processing Specialist for our Fredericksburg location.

    Job Description

    The selected candidate will:

    • Review and process warranty and airend exchange claims.
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies with distributors and branch staff associated with warranty claim processing.
    • Prepare and maintain claim status reports for management, distributors and branches.
    • Support future safety improvement initiatives by identifying and reporting failure information to management.
    • Specific duties including updating and administrate 5-year warranty tracking for outstanding purchase of maintenance kits and lubricant sampling.
    • Manage and report compliance issues with extended warranty requirements.
    • Process and attaching oil sample reports and startup documents.
    • Distribute oil analysis report to branches and distributors.
    • Responsible for learning and following all applicable procedures and work instructions relating to the Company's quality and environmental system.
    • Performs all other duties assigned by the Manager.

    Required Qualifications

    The successful candidate's background will include:

    • High school diploma required.
    • 2 years' warranty experience preferred.
    • 2 years' customer service experience, commercial, or industrial market preferred.
    • Good communication skills/phone skills required.
    • Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
    • SAP experience preferred.
    • Regular physical attendance at the worksite.
