Pinnacle Contracting Services Position Overview: Pinnacle Contracting Services is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Warranty Manager to lead our division in the Triad area, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all pre-closing punch work, prioritizing post-handover warranty service, and managing plumbing maintenance across national builder projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at resolving field issues, and brings a customer-focused approach to daily operations. Warranty Manager Responsibilities: Pre-Handover Punch Work Management:Execute full punch-list workflows, including inspecting plumbing installations, resolving deficiencies, and completing all required punch work before home turnover. Post-Handover Warranty Operations:Serve as the primary contact for warranty calls, prioritizing and performing post-closing repairs to address customer plumbing issues promptly. Customer Service & Logistics:Serve as the direct point of contact for homeowners regarding scheduling, logistics, and service updates after turnover. Field & Operational Coordination:Communicate daily with field teams and superintendents to verify project details, work accuracy, and scheduling updates. Division Setup & Support:Assist operations leadership with establishing regional division workflows, maintaining accurate field records, and supporting growth opportunities. Skills and Qualifications: Systems & Data Proficiency:Ability to track job notes, extract operational data, and manage service requests efficiently. Interpersonal & Communication Skills:Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service orientation when working with homeowners. Workflow Optimization:Ability to establish, streamline, and maintain organized, efficient administrative and field service workflows. Work Ethic & Dependability:High level of punctuality, accountability, positive attitude, and reliability in meeting daily operational deadlines. Additional Skills and Qualifications: Direct hands-on experience in residential plumbing punch work and warranty repairs.Prior residential construction experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with plumbing systems installed for national builders. Licensing: Active Plumbing License is a plus.
