    Your tasks

    As a Warranty Coordinator, you will be a viable member of a team focused on building high-quality, state-of-the-art passenger trains. You will be responsible to provide oversight to ensure all vehicles are tested, maintained, and compliant with national safety standards.

    Key Activities

    • Oversee daily testing activities according to customer specifications
    • Work closely with other departments to monitor performance of vehicles, suggest improvements and changes
    • Prioritize and develop a budget, and actively promote continuous improvement to increase cost quality control
    • Work closely with contractors and testing technicians to measure performance
    • Ensure compliance with equipment safety, occupational, health, and environmental requirements
    • Develop new procedures including inventory control, equipment performance, and quality assurance

    Your profile

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business, or similar field
    • 3+ years of proven experience in rolling stock warranty/maintenance
    • Understanding of project management principles and practices
    • Demonstrated knowledge of safety regulations and standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHA, etc.
    • Strong working knowledge and efficiency with Microsoft Office
    • Solid organization skills
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Fluent in English; German is a plus
