    FMA is looking for someone to oversee the administration and management of warranty claims and related processes within construction projects that meet quality standards and are free from defects during the warranty period. The position involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients,  contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, to address warranty issues promptly and efficiently.

    Education and Experience  

    1. Bachelor's Degree: Preferred in construction management, engineering,  business administration, or related field. (Not required)  
    2. Project Coordination Experience: Prior experience in project coordination,  overseeing schedules, budgets, and resources.  
    3. Customer Service Skills: Experience providing excellent customer service,  addressing client inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.  
    4. Administrative Roles: Previous roles involve documentation management, scheduling, and coordination.  

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS  

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft software  

     

     
    Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
