Two (2) years of warranty experience in automotive, truck or RV industry preferredHigh School diploma or GED - requiredProficient computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPointExcellent problem solving skills and the ability to identify root cause.

    How You Will Make an ImpactUnder the supervision of the Management, this position is responsible for reviewing, processing and closing warranty claims, as well as assisting with department functions. The Warranty/Service Administrator works very closely with multiple departments including, but not limited to, the Parts and Service Department.

    Required Credentials

    Two (2) years of warranty experience in automotive, truck or RV industry preferredHigh School diploma or GED - requiredProficient computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPointExcellent problem solving skills and the ability to identify root cause
