This unique position combines quality control, customer service, administrative support, and warehouse assistance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a practical understanding of automobiles.
Qualified candidates should:
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be comfortable using computers and uploading files accurately
- Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Have knowledge of automobiles and vehicle components
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with customers and coworkers
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Have experience in customer service, quality control, warranty administration, or a related field preferred
ResponsibilitiesAs a Warranty Advisor, you will play an important role in ensuring vehicles meet quality standards before delivery while also supporting warranty and administrative functions.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing final quality inspections on completed vehicles prior to customer delivery
- Taking and uploading photographs of finished vehicles for documentation purposes
- Verifying that vehicles and related paperwork are complete and accurate before release
- Maintaining organized digital records and files
- Assisting with warranty administration duties as needed
- Answering customer and client phone calls professionally
- Supporting shipping and receiving activities for parts and materials
- Assisting with inventory organization and documentation
- Communicating effectively with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure quality standards are met
Physical RequirementsThis position includes a combination of office work and hands-on responsibilities.
Candidates must be able to:
- Sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday
- Lift and move parts and materials weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Perform light shipping and receiving tasks as needed
