This standalone role is ideal for a self -starting operator who can manage inbound, storage, outbound, inventory control, and process improvement activities with limited support while supporting multiple business flows across the US organization. Job Opening www.mvg -world.com | careers@mvg -world.com Page 2 Responsibilities - Lead the hands -on organization and daily operation of warehouse activities, including inbound reception, stock storage, physical layout, and outbound shipping. - Manage and integrate inventory flows for US project management operations, service and maintenance activities, and inventory transferred from the Atlanta facility. - Develop, document, and implement warehouse SOPs covering both physical processes and IT -related workflows. - Optimize warehouse organization, stock accuracy, and operational processes while independently executing work on the warehouse floor. - Collaborate with the VP of Operations, Finance, IT, and cross -functional teams to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and finalize the Atlanta inventory transfer. - Oversee the work of one partially assigned team member, escalate capacity constraints, and support solutions such as temporary labor when needed. - Ensure accurate annual inventory counts by planning, preparing, physically conducting counts, and investigating discrepancies. Requirements - Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or stock management. - Strong hands -on capability and willingness to perform physical warehouse work, including lifting, moving stock, organizing racks, and operating a forklift if required. - Exceptional ability to work independently in a standalone or "team of one" environment and drive results without a large support team. - Strong organizational and problem -solving skills, including experience setting up warehouse layouts and documenting SOPs. - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with off -site and cross -functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and IT. - Experience conducting large -scale inventory counts and reconciliations. Nice to Have - Hands-on experience with SAP Business ByDesign. - Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one. - Experience integrating inventory and operational flows from another facility.
