Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with receiving shipments, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, and ensuring products are handled accurately and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
Perform inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
Label, scan, and track products using warehouse management systems.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
Follow company policies and workplace safety procedures.
Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and stand, bend, or walk for extended periods.
Basic math and computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Forklift certification is a plus but not always required.
