Warehouse Worker

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be part of the Distribution Department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Location: West Chester, OH

Pay Range: $15.00 - $16.00
PLUS a $1.00/hr increase during Peak Season 

Shift: Day shifts: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Please Note: Shifts will change at the beginning of the week of Black Friday, and weekend work will be mandatory Monday through Sunday until 12/8.

Schedule changes are listed below: 
Beginning 11/23 - 12/8 

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM 
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM 

Beginning 12/9 
Shifts will return to the peak schedules listed below until peak season concludes: 

• 1st Shift (Monday-Friday): 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 
• 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday): 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM 

What's the Job?

• Operating a pallet jack and RF scanners to manage inventory
• Handling shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading and unpacking shipments
• Picking and packing products efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Performing manual and electronic recordkeeping and data entry into inventory systems

What's Needed?

• Previous experience working in a warehouse preferred
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Job requires a background check
• Capability to lift up to 30-50 pounds
• Willingness to operate warehouse power equipment such as forklifts and hydraulic jacks

• Realizar registros manuales y electrónicos, así como ingreso de datos en sistemas de inventario

¿Qué necesitas?

• Experiencia previa en almacén preferida
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo
• Capacidad para levantar entre 30-50 libras
• Disposición para operar equipo de almacén como montacargas y gatos hidráulicos
