Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Salt Lake City! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering a consistent weekday schedule and the potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and prepare products based on customer orders and specifications.
- Use RF scanners and computer systems to locate, track, and verify inventory.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand carts, and forklifts (if trained and authorized).
- Transport products from warehouse storage areas to designated packing or shipping locations.
- Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and damage before processing.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and general warehouse organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations while working in a fast-paced setting.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Comfortable using computers and basic warehouse technology.
- Ability to operate an RF scanner accurately and efficiently.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be able to consistently report to work by 7:00 AM.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to walk and remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a positive work ethic.
- Previous warehouse, order picking, or inventory experience is preferred.
