Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Meet daily packing quotas and productivity targets
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Restock packing materials as needed
- Work collaboratively to meet daily shipping deadlines
Performance Requirement (Important)
- After training, warehouse associates are expected to maintain a packing speed of 80-100 packages per hour.
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (read, write, and understand)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach frequently throughout the shift
- Strong sense of urgency and excellent time management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with limited phone use during shifts
- Availability to occasionally work Sundays
