• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
• Basic computer skills preferred

Experience Requirements

• General warehouse experience preferred
• Previous picking, packing, material handling, shipping, or receiving experience is a plus
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required

Job Duties

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload trailers
• Repackage and relabel products in the rework and value-added services area
• Stage and sort products for shipment
• Scan inventory using RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Perform quality inspections and remove damaged products
• Gather, move, and distribute materials according to work orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality standards
• Support additional warehouse operations as needed

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Worker you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

The Warehouse Worker supports warehouse productivity through accurate inventory handling, order fulfillment, and material movement. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.

A successful Warehouse Worker understands receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control while maintaining safe work practices and consistent productivity. Dependable performance contributes directly to operational success.
