Warehouse Worker

Responsible for accurately preparing, packing, labeling, and staging customer orders for shipment. Work closely with Warehouse personnel to ensure accurate picking, packing and shipment of orders. 

Accurately verify part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and customer order information before packing.

- Inspect products for visible damage, defects, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues before shipment.

- Select appropriate cartons, pallets, cushioning, wrapping, strapping, and other packaging materials based on product and shipping requirements.

- Pack and secure products to minimize the risk of damage during handling and transportation.

- Accurately apply shipping labels, handling labels, packing lists, and other required documentation.

- Verify package weight and dimensions when required and ensure information is accurately entered into the shipping system.

- Operate warehouse equipment such as shipping scales, barcode scanners, computers, label printers, tape dispensers, pallet jacks, and other packing equipment as authorized.

- Stage completed shipments in the appropriate designated area for carrier pickup or further processing.
