    Warehouse Worker & Driver Helper

    Manpower is hiring for two roles at a soft drink distribution plant in Fort Pierce. These are full-time, hands-on positions with a projected assignment length of 3 to 6 months. Paid on-site training and PIT (powered industrial truck) certification are provided during your first two days.

    Position 1: Cross Dock Warehouse Worker (1 opening)

    What you'll do:

    • Operate a motorized pallet jack and forklift to move raw materials, full goods, and finished goods to designated areas

    • Load and unload trailers and route trucks

    • Stage product safely in the dock loading/unloading area

    • Move product and materials manually as needed during loading and unloading

    What it takes:

    • Ability to safely operate a forklift

    • Ability to safely stage product in a dock environment

    • Ability to operate a manual or powered pallet jack and lift product

    Schedule:

    • Days 1–2: 8:00 AM to completion (online and PIT certification training)

    • First 2 weeks: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM to completion (training)

    • After training: Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM to completion

    Position 2: Driver Helper (2 openings)

    What you'll do:

    • Ride along with a Coca-Cola driver on the delivery route

    • Merchandise coolers and displays, and rotate product to company standards

    • Work inside cold vault coolers at some stops — bring a jacket daily if you're not used to working in cold conditions

    What it takes:

    • Ability to operate a hand truck

    • Ability to operate powered industrial equipment

    • Comfortable with early mornings and physical, repetitive work

    Schedule:

    • Days 1–2: 8:00 AM to completion (online and PIT certification training)

    • Ongoing: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM to completion

    • Must be at least 18 years old

    • Must be able to lift and move product throughout the shift

    • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

    • Reliable transportation to the Fort Pierce facility

    • Steel-toe boots required
