Requirements for the Warehouse Worker / Delivery Driver (Class E)- Valid Class E driver’s license
- Forklift experience required; previous warehouse experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (rare; most items are lighter)
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
Warehouse Worker Responsibilities- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments
- Verify packing slips and maintain accurate inventory records
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Use RF scanners or inventory systems to track materials
- Organize stock and assist with inventory counts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
Delivery Driver Responsibilities- Load and prepare delivery vehicle each morning
- Drive a Sprinter van on local routes; occasional box truck use (1–2 times monthly)
- Deliver products throughout Eldon and surrounding areas
- Provide friendly customer service and obtain delivery signatures
- Maintain accurate delivery records and follow safe driving practices
- Return home daily with no overnight travel
Work Schedule and Pay- Full-time, temp-to-hire
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (some flexibility)
- $18 per hour
