Jobletics by Compunnel is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise, materials, and products.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Sort and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and supervisor instructions.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or general labor experience is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus, where applicable.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
