Description

The Warehouse Associate / Mobile Device Technician is responsible for accurately receiving, storing, moving, testing, repairing, and shipping products while maintaining company standards for safety, quality, productivity, and inventory accuracy. This role includes mobile device diagnostics, software testing, parts qualification, cosmetic refurbishment, and general warehouse operations.


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (must be flexible to work overtime and adjusted schedules as needed)
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

  • Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles, pallets, skids, platforms, and other storage locations.
  • Receive, store, and move inventory accurately throughout the warehouse.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to specifications.
  • Verify product quantities and ensure accuracy before shipping.
  • Perform mobile device diagnostics and testing to determine functionality and repair needs.
  • Execute software validation testing on repaired devices to ensure proper operation.
  • Inspect, document, and evaluate device condition and performance.
  • Restore devices to company and carrier quality standards through cleaning, buffing, and polishing.
  • Conduct mobile phone parts qualification testing from suppliers.
  • Utilize RF (Radio Frequency) scanners and inventory management systems for picking, shipping, receiving, quality control, and inventory transactions.
  • Scan packages, read labels, verify product information, and sort inventory to the correct destination.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and productivity requirements.
