Summary:
Looking for detail oriented, proactive Wire Room Lead who is experienced with tasking and giving direction. Position will oversee all wire room operations and functions, and will be responsible for meeting all wire room requirements and demonstrating continuous process improvements.
Reports to: Warehouse/Operations Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated work experience as warehouse/wire room lead or supervisor
Experience with warehouse organization, safety, and best practices
Ability to operate wire cutting machines and equipment
Ability to accurately cut wire to proper length
Ability to work overtime as needed to meet operational objectives
ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Forklift experience/certification
Working Conditions:
Typical warehouse conditions including high pile racking, electric and propane forklifts.
Overtime will be required as needed to meet operational objectives.

Essential Job Functions:
Receiving and replenishment of inventory
Order review and processing
Wire-cutting
Staging and any other necessary tasks required for successful and accurate wire room operations
Point of contact for TEAM questions, training and priorities
Responsible for ensuring wireroom compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsible for compliance with all safety program requirements.

Compensation Range:
The compensation range for this position is $26 to $34 hourly.
