Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Unloaders to join our warehouse teams. This is a great opportunity for dependable, hard-working individuals who enjoy staying active and want to build experience in the logistics industry.

 

THE ROLE

As a Warehouse Unloader, you'll help keep freight moving by unloading incoming shipments and getting products organized and safely into the warehouse. This is a hands-on, physical position where you'll be on your feet and moving throughout the shift.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Unload boxes, cases, and other freight from trailers
• Move products from the dock to designated warehouse areas
• Sort and organize freight as it comes off trailers
• Build, stack, and wrap pallets
• Lift and carry products weighing approximately 25–75 lbs
• Use safe lifting and material-handling techniques
• Keep the dock and work areas clean and organized
• Work with teammates to complete daily production goals
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and site guidelines
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard
• Comfortable performing physical work for an entire shift
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 25–75 lbs
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, walk, and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous warehouse, unloading, stocking, or freight experience is a plus
• No prior warehouse experience? We are willing to train the right candidate
