Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for pulling materials for production, staging inventory, operating forklifts, and supporting shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations to keep production running efficiently.
The ideal candidate is an experienced forklift operator who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in maintaining accuracy, organization, and workplace safety.
Required Experience & Skills
Current forklift certification required
Previous warehouse, material handling, or inventory experience preferred
Ability to read work orders and accurately pull materials
Basic inventory control and material tracking experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Pull and prepare parts and materials for production orders
Load, unload, transport, and stage materials throughout the warehouse using forklifts
Safely operate forklifts while following all company safety procedures
Verify inventory quantities and report discrepancies promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities
Deliver materials to production areas in a timely manner to support manufacturing schedules
Follow all warehouse procedures, safety policies, and quality standards
Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial warehouse
Experience using inventory management systems or scanners
Shipping and receiving experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to safely operate forklifts and work around warehouse equipment and machinery
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the workday
Work Environment
Industrial warehouse and manufacturing facility
