The Warehouse Transition Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the seamless transfer of the Shipping and Receiving Facility (SRF) and all associated Government property from the existing facility. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for all warehouse transition activities, working in close coordination with the Program Manager (PgM) and Transition Manager to ensure no disruption to global IT logistics, fulfillment, and deployment support operations. The Warehouse Transition Manager will develop, maintain, and execute a detailed warehouse transition plan aligned with the overall Transition-In Plan, ensuring all activities — including full receipt and verification of incumbent inventory. The individual will oversee the standup of the new SRF, ensuring the facility meets all location, physical security, environmental, workspace, and OSHA compliance requirements prior to operational handover. They will coordinate the implementation and validation of a Government-approved COTS inventory management software solution with real-time tracking, shipping status, and ILMS integration capabilities, while also developing and maintaining all warehouse SOPs and the Facility Management Plan (FMP). Upon completion of all transition activities, the Warehouse Transition Manager will conduct a formal operational handover to the Warehouse Manager, documenting all outstanding items, open risks, and lessons learned to ensure full continuity of warehouse operations.
