Description
Job Title: Warehouse Technician (1st Shift & 3rd Shift)
Location: West Henrietta, NY 14586
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $21.00 / hour base, depending on experience (3rd shift includes a 12% shift differential)

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $21.00 / hour base, depending on experience (3rd shift includes a 12% shift differential)
Work Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM (10-hour shift)
- 3rd Shift: Friday – Sunday, 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM (12-hour shift; note: new hires will train on 1st shift for a couple of weeks until comfortable moving to 3rd)
Position Overview

- Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Perform inventory and material transactions directly within the company's ERP system.
- Transport raw materials and components to active production lines.
- Move finished products safely around the facility using pallet jacks and other designated equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking and documentation without the use of hand-held barcode scanners.
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Computer Experience: Strong computer proficiency is mandatory; must be comfortable executing transactions within an ERP system.
- Warehouse Background: Previous warehouse or material handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Work Style & Physical Demands: Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physical material movement tasks (forklift operation is minimal/limited).
