· Complete necessary paperwork for ordering, shipping, receipt, and issuing of all materials, including tools and supplies.
· Verify deliveries received against documentation and handle discrepancies.
· Operate forklifts or hand trucks to move shipments safely and efficiently.
· Maintain a clean and safe environment in the distribution center.
· Ensure inventory accuracy and assist in maintaining sufficient inventory levels.
· Create and provide reports as required.
· Handle RMA creation and shipping, as well as maintaining related records.
· Assist other departments with inventory management and equipment delivery.
· Fulfill self-install service orders and trouble tickets.
· Additionally, the Warehouse Technician may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager to ensure the effective operation of the department and the Company.
Requirements
What you bring to the table:
· 2-3 years of previous logistics experience preferred.
· Experience with computerized inventory systems.
· Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred.
· Ability to lift and handle supplies and equipment ranging from 50 - 75 lbs.
· Effective communication skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Detail-oriented with a desire to improve processes.
· Flexibility to work various hours as required.
· Valid driver's license with a history of safe driving.
· Ability to obtain an OSHA forklift operator certification.
· Telecommunications or related industry experience preferred.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
