What You'll Do as a Warehouse Tech:- Load and unload trucks using a forklift with a slip sheet attachment
- Operate automatic bag loading and sewing equipment safely and efficiently
- Run robotic equipment to slip sheet, palletize, and wrap bagged products
- Maintain a clean warehouse by sweeping and performing general housekeeping duties
- Follow all food safety, employee safety, and operational procedures
- Complete assignments and tasks as directed by the Warehouse Foreman
What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Tech Role:- No experience required; entry-level candidates welcome
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50-pound bags
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers
- Ability to follow simple one- and two-step instructions
- Ability to work safely around warehouse equipment and machinery
- Reliable transportation to Park Rapids, MN
