Warehouse Technician

SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:*Daily inspection and checklist for forklift prior to first operations *Unload trailers using forklift *Break down stacks of tires using forklift and stage in write up area *Record information from tires on receiving list for work order generation, remove stickers and tape from tires *Assign correct item number to receiving list for each tire *Once work order is generated, place each work order in plastic sleeve *Verify information on tire matches work order, serial, R-level, item number, size and customer *Stage tires for daily production using daily production schedule in initial inspection *Move tires not scheduled for production to trailers staging area, scan to trailer location, and place in trailer *Work the reject trailer as assigned skiving information off tire as directed by process manual *Barrel stack tires and then load on reject trailer; Remove debris and sweep work area daily *Keep work area clear of obstructions and be alert for safety hazards and report such to supervisorRate of pay:$20.00Hours of operation:7:00am – 3:30pmPosition Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
