What You'll Do as a Warehouse Tech:- Load and unload trucks using a forklift and slip sheet attachment
- Operate automatic bag loading and sewing equipment safely and efficiently
- Run robotic equipment used for slip sheeting, palletizing, and wrapping bags
- Follow assignments and directions provided by supervisors
- Maintain clean work areas and support food safety and housekeeping standards
- Assist with lifting and handling bagged product as needed
- Follow all workplace safety and food safety policies and procedures
What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Tech Role:- Ability to read simple words, recognize numbers, and communicate using basic sentences
- Ability to follow one- and two-step instructions and adapt to standardized work processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, balance, and handle materials throughout the shift
- Ability to occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to work in a safety-focused, food manufacturing environment
- Previous warehouse or forklift experience is helpful but not required
