storeWALL is a growing, family-owned and operated business located in Grafton, WI, and we're looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. Your main responsibility will be picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently, but no two days are exactly the same. You'll also help receive and unload incoming shipments, organize and maintain inventory, assemble sample kits, assist with product testing, and pitch in on other warehouse projects as needed.
We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and takes pride in doing quality work. The right person will have strong attention to detail, be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and be willing to jump in wherever help is needed.

Job Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Accurately pick and prepare products for customer orders
• Pack orders carefully and efficiently for shipment
• Receive incoming inventory and put products away in the appropriate warehouse locations
• Assist with hand-unloading containers and incoming shipments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse
• Assemble product sample kits for customers and dealers
• Prepare products, samples, and other materials for our sales team
• Participate in product testing and new-product projects
• Operate a forklift when trained, qualified, and needed
• Pitch in on special projects and other hands-on warehouse tasks as needed
• Work closely with the team to make sure orders and projects are completed accurately and on time
Picking and packing customer orders will be the primary focus of this position, but this role offers plenty of variety. As storeWALL continues to grow, you'll have opportunities to learn more about our products, support different areas of the business, and take on additional responsibilities.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
• Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to regular attendance
• Hardworking, motivated, and comfortable staying active throughout the workday
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized and able to keep inventory and work areas neat and orderly
• Comfortable with hands-on work involving products, materials, and basic tools
• Able to safely lift, carry, and move products and assist with hand-unloading incoming shipments
• Flexible and willing to help with different tasks and projects as priorities change
• Works well with others and contributes to a positive team environment
• Able to work independently and stay on task once trained
• Willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as the company grows
• Warehouse, order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is helpful but not required
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus
• Reliable transportation to and from our Grafton, WI facility is required
Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but it isn't everything. We're also looking for someone who shows up, works hard, pays attention to the details, and is willing to learn. If you're dependable and take pride in doing a job well, we'd be happy to train the right person.
