Warehouse Team Member – 1st Shift
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay:$18.50/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Training: All new hires start on Monday at 7:50 AM for their first week of training.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory.
• Prepare outgoing shipments to meet delivery deadlines.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including cherry pickers and reach trucks (training available for qualified candidates).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Reach truck experience is a plus, but candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance.
