Schedule: Monday – Friday, (Includes 1-hour lunch)
Shift: 8 - 5
Overtime: Saturday and Sunday as needed (must be pre-approved by Operations Manager)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our residential electrical team. This isn’t just about moving boxes; you’ll be the backbone of our field operations, ensuring our electricians have exactly what they need—from Romex and recessed lighting to circuit breakers and panels—to keep residential projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities

- Order Fulfillment: Pulling "baskets" or kits for daily residential jobs based on pick sheets. Accuracy is critical to ensure field crews aren't missing parts on-site.
- Material Handling: Safe operation of forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy wire reels, conduit bundles, and bulk palletized gear.
- Inventory Management: Perform "up-stocking" by moving material from receiving areas to high-bay storage or active picking bins.
- Returns Processing: Inspecting and processing "Return to Stock" (RTS) materials from completed jobs. You'll determine if items are re-sellable, damaged, or need to be scrapped.
- Standard Warehouse Procedures:
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe "5S" workspace.
- Assisting with periodic cycle counts and inventory audits.
Qualifications & Skills
| - Dependable, arrive on time and ready to work. Read and speak English. Spanish is helpful.

| - 1–2 years in a warehouse environment; electrical or construction trade knowledge is a major plus.

| - Forklift Certification (provided in-house if expired or not yet held).
|
| - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for the duration of a shift.

| - Experience with handheld scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

| - Ability to distinguish between similar electrical components (e.g., different wire gauges or breaker types).

Work Environment
- Location: Warehouse-based.
- Schedule: Full-time, typically starting early morning to support field departures.
- Standard Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Any prescription drugs that could alter motor skills or attitude must be submitted to President
