    Hiring NOW a Warehouse Team LEAD

    The warehouse team lead manages daily shift activities, assigns daily tasks to team members, and acts as the primary contact for resolving operational or staffing issues on the floor.
    Key Responsibilities

    • Operations Oversight: Coordinate inbound receipts, storage, order fulfillment, and outbound shipments.

    • Team Leadership: Train new hires, assign daily duties, and motivate staff to hit productivity goals.

    • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and report discrepancies.

    • Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

    • Problem Solving: Fix equipment jams, clear bottlenecks, and address attendance or performance issues

    Skills & Qualifications

      • Experience: 2 to 5 years of general warehouse or logistics experience, with some leadership background.

      • Technical Skills: Familiarity with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) and basic computer software like Microsoft Excel.

        - Must be Bilingual (Spanish - English)

      • Physical Ability: Capability to stand for long periods and lift heavy inventory (up to 50 lbs typically).
