Warehouse Systems & Inventory Coordinator - Lake Orion, Michigan
Short-term position (approximate 90-days)
Split Shift Position - Pay up to $43.00 (must possess all required qualifications)


Position supports 1st and 2nd shift operations : shift could look like 10:00am-6:00pm or 12:00pm-8:00pm


*The ideal candidate chosen for this Warehouse Systems & Inventory Coordinator position will be comfortable working alongside warehouse team members to resolve issues in real-time. This candidate must be a hands-on operational resource rather than a high-level strategic manager.


Required Skills of the Warehouse Systems & Inventory Coordinator:
  • Hands-on SAP S/4HANA and Fiori experience - required for max pay rate
  • Strong Distribution Center (DC) and/or warehouse operations experience
  • Experience supporting inventory accuracy, inventory recovery, and system/process stabilization efforts
  • Ability to troubleshoot SAP/Fiori transaction and inventory issues within a warehouse environment
  • Comfortable working directly with warehouse employees and supervisors to correct process and system issues
  • Strong understanding of receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, picking, shipping, and warehouse transactions
  • Ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions quickly without the help of a supervisor
  • Automotive experience - preferred

Additional Requirements (Experience & Education) of the Warehouse Systems & Inventory Coordinator:
  • High School Diploma required; associate or bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, material flow, and shipping/receiving operations
  • Experience using warehouse management systems, ERP Systems, inventory software, or similar business systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including sorting, filtering, data entry, and basic formulas
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining inventory records and system transactions
  • Ability to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Must be able to work in a warehouse environment and safely perform job duties as required, including occasional lifting and movement of materials
