You'll work in our innovative Healthcare division, supporting an international customer portfolio in a high-tech warehouse environment. Using advanced WMS and ERP systems, you'll collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, and Customer Support to continuously improve performance.

YOUR TASKS

As a Warehouse Support Specialist, you're the link between the warehouse floor and supporting departments. You investigate operational issues, analyze data, and coordinate with colleagues to ensure warehouse processes remain efficient and accurate. Your focus is on solving today's challenges while preventing tomorrow's.

• Provide operational support on the warehouse floor and act as the first point of contact for process-related issues.
• Investigate order, system, and inventory challenges and implement structural improvements.
• Analyze warehouse data, stock levels, and operational performance using Excel and WMS/ERP systems.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings with Operations, Quality, Customer Support, and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and prevent recurring operational issues.

You'll become part of the Warehouse Support team within our Healthcare division. Together with fellow Warehouse Support Specialists, Supervisors, and Operations colleagues, you'll ensure daily operations run efficiently while continuously improving warehouse processes. You report to the Warehouse Support Team Lead and work closely with multiple departments across the operation.

You'll primarily work day shifts. Depending on operational requirements, flexibility may occasionally be required.

We're looking for a Warehouse Support Specialist who enjoys solving operational challenges in a dynamic logistics environment and takes ownership of improving warehouse processes.

• MBO (vocational) or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics or a related field;
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or a similar warehouse support role;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• Experience with Excel, including formulas and cross-referencing data;
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP;
• Available to work full-time;
• Analytical, accurate, proactive, and a strong communicator.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,560 and €3,349 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience;
