    Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to supervise all warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving for RHRP events. Also oversee all receiving and distribution operations. Plan and monitor optimal space utilization and efficient inventory flow. In addition, supervise subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Supervises warehouse personnel including leading and directing team members, scheduling to meet event needs
    • Responsible for all warehouse/logistical activities including shipping and receiving.
    • Ensures all safety requirements are met for the Warehouse Team
    • Ensures correct shipping and receiving serving as an escalation point for damaged/missing shipments
    • Maintains inventory and associated records ensuring quality control
    • Develop and maintain department work instructions for all tasks and measure the performance of department activities
    • Continuously improve warehouse operations
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education
    • Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in logistics
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and be self-motivated
    • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Possess excellent organizational and follow-up skills, with strong attention to detail
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze information, problems, procedures, and situations
    • Proficient in Windows operating systems and MS Office Suite

    Preferred:

    • 3 years of medical logistics experience preferred
