Warehouse Supervisor

Taldeco is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for an opening in Troy, MI. This is a working, hands on supervisor role. Candidates must be fine with working mainly on the warehouse floor and less time in an office setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the warehouse team

• Schedule and assign employees to various tasks, and ensure everyone stays on task

• Motivate and help employees achieve goals

• Operate forklifts to move material around the shop

• Load and unload material

• Properly log and keep track of inventory

• Pull/pack orders, build racks and keep the warehouse orderly

• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience as a supervisor
• Must have previous expereince in a warehouse position
• Must have reliable trasnportation
• Candidates must be fine with working primarily on the warehouse floor
