Description
Accentuate Staffing is assisting a food manufacturing company in the Smithfield area who is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing team. This is a direct hire position offering excellent benefits.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate material movements to/from production and maintain accurate ERP/system updates
Perform cycle counts and physical inventory; reconcile discrepancies
Process inbound shipments (receiving, documentation, labeling, storage)
Manage outbound finished goods and ensure timely, accurate shipments
Monitor consumables inventory and communicate reorder needs
Partner with Customer Service to arrange transportation and shipments
Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, and Production teams
Support GMP compliance and audit readiness
Qualifications
Requirements:
Warehouse leadership background in a food manufacturing/distribution environment required
Strong ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar)
Solid inventory control knowledge
Forklift experience preferred
