As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will provide leadership, support, and guidance for our warehouse staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Your primary focus will be managing labor, monitoring team metrics, and prioritizing workflows to meet strict deadlines. You will identify process gaps, enforce safety compliance, and develop leads and hourly associates to further their careers. By collaborating cross-departmentally, you will drive efficiencies and maintain our high standards of operational excellence. What You Will Do:
Direct daily warehouse operations, manage labor allocation across departments, and actively monitor production to ensure all staff have consistent workflows
Prioritize daily orders, audit inbound containers and receipts, and ensure timely communication for empty container pickups to maintain continuous process flow
Utilize departmental metrics to manage operations, keep costs down, and support management in setting clear expectations for the shift
Identify process gaps to increase accuracy, gain operational efficiencies, and collaborate cross-departmentally to resolve issues quickly
Mentor, train, and develop leads and hourly associates to further their careers and support overall organizational goals
Perform other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:
3 to 5 years of warehouse operations experience combined with up to 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
Active Forklift Certification with the ability to safely operate and maintain certification on standup high-reach forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and transporters
Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring staff, motivating team members, and enforcing high company standards
Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations
Proficient verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization
Strong work ethic and the physical capability to perform labor-intensive tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Proficient computer skills and a deep understanding of compliance, safety regulations, vendor regulations, and warehouse best practices

Working Conditions
What We Offer
The salary range for this position is $70,304.00 - $80,400.00 / Yr. The base compensation may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.
