Pay Rate: $20.00 - $30.00/hr DOE

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision and leadership to the warehouse crew, monitoring daily workload and reallocating duties as needed.
- Direct shipping processes to ensure all customer orders are pulled, packed, and shipped to meet customer requirements and delivery expectations.
- Oversee product quality aspects related to inventory control, storage, packing, handling, and shipping.
- Manage daily cycle counting processes and generate required reports
- Train new and current employees on position duties, standard operating procedures, systems, and company policies.
- Oversee department coverage, employee scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Enforce all company policies, procedures, and safety standards within the department.
- Step in to assist or perform backup duties in shipping, receiving, or other warehouse areas as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking and running operational reports.
- Strong team management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to lead by example, enforce policies, and maintain a safe, efficient work area.
- Physical ability to move throughout the warehouse, lift materials as needed, and work on your feet during the shift.
