    Responsibilities:

    The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the efficient operation of the warehouse, transportation and packaging of the finished product, and the safety and productivity of warehouse employees.

    Qualifications:
    • Manages all warehouse employees.
    • Provide training of all employees. 
    • Ensures proper operation of warehouse department.
    • Monitor inspections of all forklifts.
    • Responsible for all customer returns; administers return authorization form in a timely fashion through accounting and notification of quality department.
    • Ensures that employees observe proper shipping and inventory practices.
    • Ensures that customer releases are shipped on time in full.
    • Ensure delivery of incoming materials to proper departments
    • Ensure employees understand proper operation and safety guidelines for the forklifts, pallet jacks, battery charger, and shrink wrap machine.
    • Comply with proper packing and skid wrapping procedures and ensure employees are instructed.
    • Responsible for quarterly cycle counts for all inventories.
    • Orders appropriate supplies for department.
    • Applies progressive discipline as required.
    • Assist in the company’s annual budget and work within the approved budget.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
    • Other duties as assigned
