TempExperts is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations for a busy logistics and supply chain environment located in Miami, FL. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands how to keep warehouse operations organized, productive, accurate, and safe while leading and developing a team.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse supervisory or operations leadership experience, with a strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and material handling. Experience in freight forwarding, 3PL, international logistics, distribution, fulfillment, or a high-volume logistics operation is especially valuable.

• Previous warehouse supervisory, lead, or operations leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, picking, packing, staging, and warehouse organization.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold warehouse employees accountable for performance.
• Experience improving productivity, accuracy, safety, workflow, and SOP compliance.
• Strong hands-on understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Experience with forklift or other material-handling equipment is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and warehouse employees to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Coordinate workflow across receiving, put-away, inventory, order fulfillment, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Assign daily responsibilities and monitor employee productivity and performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counts and physical inventory processes.
• Ensure employees follow established warehouse procedures, safety requirements, and SOPs.
• Identify workflow issues and implement process improvements to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with logistics, customer service, transportation, and other departments to meet customer and shipment requirements.
• Monitor warehouse organization, cleanliness, equipment usage, and overall operational readiness.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Address operational issues and help ensure customer and shipment requirements are met.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
