The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, and receiving activities supporting one of the company's product lines. Description
This role will report directly into the Production Manager and be responsible for:
- Leading a team of approximately 10 to 15 employees across signage production and logistics activities.
- Coordinating manufacturing, shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations to support customer delivery schedules.
- Managing workflow to ensure production orders are being completed accurately and on time.
- Overseeing inventory movement and material handling activities throughout the facility.
- Ensuring forklift operations and warehouse practices are being conducted safely and efficiently.
- Training employees on production procedures, quality standards, safety expectations, and inventory processes.
- Monitoring ERP transactions and ensuring work orders and inventory records are remaining accurate.
- Auditing production documentation and quality records for compliance.
- Partnering with planning, logistics, and operations teams to improve efficiency and customer service levels.
- Supporting continuous improvement efforts and driving accountability across the team.
Profile
The successful candidate will have
- 4+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, or production leadership experience.
- Experience supervising teams in a production, warehouse, shipping, or receiving environment.
- Forklift familiarity and knowledge of warehouse operations.
- SAP or ERP system experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and workplace safety procedures.
- Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
