The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, and receiving activities supporting one of the company's product lines. This role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate production operations, inventory movement, and customer delivery requirements while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Description

This role will report directly into the Production Manager and be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of approximately 10 to 15 employees across signage production and logistics activities.
  • Coordinating manufacturing, shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations to support customer delivery schedules.
  • Managing workflow to ensure production orders are being completed accurately and on time.
  • Overseeing inventory movement and material handling activities throughout the facility.
  • Ensuring forklift operations and warehouse practices are being conducted safely and efficiently.
  • Training employees on production procedures, quality standards, safety expectations, and inventory processes.
  • Monitoring ERP transactions and ensuring work orders and inventory records are remaining accurate.
  • Auditing production documentation and quality records for compliance.
  • Partnering with planning, logistics, and operations teams to improve efficiency and customer service levels.
  • Supporting continuous improvement efforts and driving accountability across the team.

Profile

The successful candidate will have

  • 4+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, or production leadership experience.
  • Experience supervising teams in a production, warehouse, shipping, or receiving environment.
  • Forklift familiarity and knowledge of warehouse operations.
  • SAP or ERP system experience.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and workplace safety procedures.
  • Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
