Warehouse Supervisor, Installation Warehouse

Ready to grow your career? Empire Today is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our hardworking Installation Warehouse (Installation Warehouse) team. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the daily activities, people leadership, and business results for a single satellite warehouse.

Compensation Information:

$90,000 annually plus bonus

Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision and performance monitoring of all hourly IW associates.

• Responsible for technical training of all new hires.

• Successful completion of all daily warehouse work activities, including (but not limited to):

• Daily pre- and post-loadout activities.

• Receive/unload/verify shipments.

• Cycle counts and pending reviews.

• Proper management/storage of inventory.

• Processing of all returned inventory.

• Conduct the technical training of all new hires.

• Weekly management/supervisor cycle counts.

• Regular warehouse audits to ensure safety and cleanliness.

• Safely operate forklift and/or other specialized machinery, and ensure associates follow policies on machinery.

• Work with management to correct safety and occupational issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous high-volume warehouse experience.
• Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse machinery safely.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime as needed.
• High level of internal and external customer service.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75lbs.
