WHAT YOU''LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

The Warehouse Supervisor leads a small team (three to five people) in loading up trucks, moving inventory, and keeping our day-to-day warehousing procedures smooth and efficient. As you oversee various responsibilities, you ensure your team completes accurate work. Here''s a brief overview of your role:

• Guide your warehouse team in completing accurate, timely work while following safety procedures and industry regulations
• Print and separate tickets
• Oversee order picking and inventory packing and ensure trucks are loaded on time
• Oversee accurate furniture assembly
• Communicate and collaborate with the warehouse manager to address concerns and resolve issues
• Train staff and help them improve
• Communicate with 3rd-shift employees, the distribution manager, and HR staff
• Handle other inventory and warehousing responsibilities as needed

WE''RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO...

Has:

• A current and valid driver''s license
• Outstanding English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Working knowledge of Pegasus and AX software
• Strong mathematical skills

Can:

• Pay attention to detail and complete accurate, thorough work
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Regularly lift and move 75+ lbs.
