Warehouse Supervisor – Fresh ProduceCut Fruit Express | Inver Grove Heights, MN | Monday–Friday, Day Shift (10:00 AM–7:00 PM or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM) | Full-Time | $23–$30/hr, based on experienceNo overnights. Expect 45–50 hours per week, including regular overtime.About the roleFresh produce moves through our warehouse every day: inbound deliveries are received, inspected, and put away in cold storage, and finished orders are picked, staged, and loaded for our customers. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you'll be the top leader in the warehouse, running a team of 4–5 associates and owning daily flow from dock to dock. This is a hands-on role for an experienced leader who can work alongside the team while keeping it organized, safe, and on schedule.What you'll doLead a team of 4–5 warehouse associates across receiving, putaway, picking, staging, and shipping.Make sure warehouse processes and systems are followed, from receiving checks to order accuracy and inventory records.Partner with QA to inspect incoming produce and ensure product quality at receiving.Build and manage the team's schedule around inbound deliveries and outbound orders.Hire, interview, and train new warehouse associates.Give regular feedback and coaching, and address performance and attendance issues.Oversee safe forklift and pallet jack operation.Coordinate with Production, Quality, and drivers to keep receiving and shipments on time.Required experience2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse or distribution center, including scheduling, training, and performance feedback.Hands-on experience with receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping processes.Experience onboarding new team members.Comfort using basic computer tools.Comfort on your feet in a cold warehouse and cooler environment, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Strongly preferredFood, produce, or cold-chain warehouse experience.Knowledge of food safety and GMP in a warehouse setting.Forklift certification (current or past).Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Hmong.What we offer$23–$30/hr based on experience, plus overtime payMedical insuranceSIMPLE IRA80 hours of PTO per yearA small company where your ideas reach leadership directly, and room to grow your careerCut Fruit Express is an equal opportunity employer.
