About the Role
Our Warehousing Division is the backbone of our operation, ensuring cruise ships are fully stocked and ready for their voyages. From receiving and inspecting goods to organizing, storing, picking, and distributing supplies, our warehouse team plays a critical role in keeping the global cruise industry moving.
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead our team in a fast-paced distribution environment.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands warehouse operations, prioritizes safety and accuracy, and knows how to motivate a team to meet demanding shipping and distribution schedules. Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order picking, staging, and distribution
Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse employees to meet productivity, accuracy, and service expectations
Coordinate workflow and staffing to ensure daily shipping and delivery schedules are completed on time
Oversee the safe use of material-handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet equipment, and RF scanners
Monitor inventory movement and assist with maintaining accurate warehouse records
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, workflow, and efficiency
Implement process improvements using lean management and continuous-improvement principles
Enforce company safety procedures and OSHA requirements
Conduct safety meetings, training, and regular inspections as needed
Communicate effectively with warehouse employees, management, transportation teams, and other departments
Help resolve operational issues quickly to keep orders and shipments moving
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment
Qualifications
At least 1 year of warehouse supervisory experience required
Proven ability to lead and manage warehouse employees in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, and logistics operations
Hands-on experience with forklifts and other material-handling equipment
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory systems, and RF scanners
Understanding of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
Process-improvement or lean warehouse experience is highly desirable
Must be dependable, flexible, and willing to assist wherever needed
Ability to stay beyond scheduled hours and work weekends when operational demands require
High school diploma or equivalent required
Spanish-speaking ability preferred

This is an operations-focused position, so candidates must have the flexibility to stay later or work weekends when needed to support shipping schedules and customer demands.
Compensation
Starting salary: $55,000 per year
Salary is negotiable and may be higher depending on warehouse leadership experience and qualifications.
