Warehouse Supervisor, EverBank Stadium

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Warehouse Supervisors to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will assist management in carrying out the daily operations of the commissary and warehouse department.

This is a seasonal position. The football season begins in August and ends in January.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Supervise the commissary team, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and counseling
• Ensure proper stock of food and beverage products
• Oversee inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, and cycle counting
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas
• Oversee the proper closing of the assigned area
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations
• Initiate and organize procedures to set standards for the warehouse
• Perform other duties as assigned

More about you

• Minimum 6 months of food and beverage commissary or related experience required
• Previous experience with Excel or similar database management computer systems is required
• Ability to delegate and coach others
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and interpret deliveries and purchases
• No college degree required

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 165 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching, during the entire length of the shift
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures may range from cold to hot, depending on the season
