Schedule: Full-Time
Are you an experienced warehouse leader ready for your next opportunity? We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support warehouse associates and daily operations
- Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Manage staffing assignments and workflow to meet production goals
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts
- Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance
- Ensure warehouse safety procedures and company standards are followed
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Work closely with production, logistics, quality, and other departments
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and processes
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Prior leadership, lead, or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
- Experience with WMS or inventory management systems
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing or high-volume warehouse experience is a plus
