Warehouse Supervisor

True Heating & Cooling, located in Westminster, CO, is seeking a full-time Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage the material flow that supports our field operations. This full-time position offers a salary range of $60,000 – $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

In this Warehouse Supervisor role, you will manage the purchasing and ordering of HVAC equipment, parts, and materials, ensuring that all necessary supplies for upcoming installations and service jobs are prepared and staged in advance. You will oversee inventory management, including tracking, organization, and timely replenishment of stock. The position also involves maintaining accurate job costing and material usage records, coordinating deliveries and returns, and managing relationships with vendors. Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and efficiently organized will be an essential part of your daily responsibilities.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR?

Schedule: The Warehouse Supervisor will work a consistent, full-time schedule from Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and organization
• Ability to manage purchasing, staging, and inventory processes
• Interest in developing vendor relationships and coordinating logistics
• Warehouse management or HVAC experience (preferred)
